Rules and Regulations

1. Membership is free. Members must be 18 years or older and valid photo ID is required for membership and all transactions.
2. Members are allowed one account. Membership and rewards are not transferable.
3. Membership is a privilege granted by Wyandotte Nation Casino and may be revoked or cancelled at any time. Fraudulent usage of the Club Wyandotte card will result in loss of membership and revocation of all privileges.
4. Any card or reward voucher that is mutilated, forged or altered is void.
5. It is the responsibility of the member to present their Club Wyandotte card to a dealer before playing tables and/or to properly insert the Club Wyandotte card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of play.
6. Points may be redeemed for food, beverage and merchandise vouchers at Club Wyandotte. Vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days after issuance.
7. A minimum of $1 or 20 points is required for initial point redemption.
8. Club Wyandotte members are responsible for notifying Wyandotte Nation Casino of any changes in name, address, email address and phone number.
9. By becoming a member and providing your contact information, you agree and understand that Wyandotte Nation Casino may communicate with you using the information you have provided to Club Wyandotte. This includes, but is not limited to, mailing addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses.
10. Management reserves the right to adjust point balances resulting from machine malfunctions, operator errors and/or fraud.
11. Inactivity of six (6) months may result in expiration of points and benefits.
12. Accounts with no activity within twelve (12) consecutive months may be cancelled.
13. Employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in Club Wyandotte.
14. By participating in Club Wyandotte, participants agree to and accept all rules, terms and conditions.
